Terms of Service

Preduck is an information service that aggregates publicly available prediction market data from third-party venues — currently Polymarket, Kalshi and Hyperliquid — and presents unified pricing, order book depth, cross-venue comparisons and analytical tools.

Market data, order books, comparison and hedging tools are available without an account. An optional account unlocks a personal watchlist and price alerts.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, trading facility, custodian, or adviser. We never take possession of your funds, and we cannot place, modify or cancel an order on your behalf. Trading happens on the third-party venues, governed solely by their terms. See our Risk Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access this service and any venue you reach through it. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restriction on prediction market participation in your jurisdiction.

Accounts are created by email using a single-use sign-in link; there is no password. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you register and for activity conducted under your account.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by writing to contact@preduck.com.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the service beyond ordinary use, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any technical restriction;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense aggregated data in a way that breaches the source venues' own terms;
• use the service to break the law, manipulate a market, or facilitate any of the above;
• interfere with the service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

All market data originates with the venues. Their names and marks belong to them, and nothing here implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Polymarket, Kalshi, Hyperliquid or any other venue. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uptime, data continuity, or that a given venue will remain integrated. Upstream APIs can change or be withdrawn without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data. You use the service and rely on its output at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preduck Labs Ltd. and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including losses arising from inaccurate data, an incorrect cross-venue match, an arbitrage figure that could not be executed, or a missed alert.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify Preduck Labs Ltd. against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The interface, source code, matching engine, analytics and design of the service are owned by Preduck Labs Ltd.. Underlying market data remains the property of the venues that publish it. These terms grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — replace before publishing], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer protections you have under the mandatory law of your place of residence.
